Unless otherwise stated in writing, paid placement fees, advertising fees, setup fees, and subscription fees are non-refundable once the paid feature has been activated, displayed, or made available.
If a subscription or recurring advertising plan is later added, cancellation may stop future billing but does not necessarily entitle the business to a refund for prior charges or partially used billing periods.
